Glacier Consulting Services is currently seeking an Associate Consultant.

In this position, you will be responsible for traveling to client sites and investigating, analyzing and resolving management system issues, facilitating management system improvements, and following management system standards and requirements.
Experience with ISO, process improvement, technical writing, developing and implementing any of the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, Responsible Recycling (R2), e-Stewards, RIOS, and AS9100 management systems is desired.
The Associate should be proficient in developing a management system manual, management system operating procedures, work instructions, forms and records. The Associate will be expected to conduct gap assessments, needs analysis, develop the management system documentation, implement the management system, audit the system, and provide training and consulting services.
The ideal candidate will function as an independent consultant having the ability to collaborate with team members, communicate regularly with headquarters, handle multiple assignments, maintain flexibility, and travel extensively both nationally and internationally. Strong MS Office computer skills are required; advanced understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, and commonly used softwares (CRM and expense reporting) preferred.
Glacier Consulting Services will provide the Associate with access to resources to provide high quality consulting services. All travel will be booked on your behalf by our administrative staff.
